  1. Step 1

    Enquiry & quick call

    Tell us your postcode in Bristol, project type, and a rough idea of style and budget. We’ll confirm suitability and arrange a visit.

  2. Step 2

    Home visit & measure

    We measure up, check walls, floor levels, structural requirements, and electrics. You can show us any inspiration photos.

  3. Step 3

    Design & itemised quote

    You’ll get a fixed, itemised quote (labour, materials, waste) plus a clear schedule. No hidden extras.

  4. Step 4

    Scheduling & prep

    We agree dates that work for you. We book skips if needed, order materials and brief our trades.

  5. Step 5

    Strip-out & first fix

    Old fixtures out, waste removed. We handle pipework, electrics, and install plasterboard ready for a clean dry-lining finish (no messy wet plastering).

  6. Step 6

    Tiling & installation

    Subfloor prep, levelling, and cabinet or suite installation. Crisp lines, neat trims, clean grout.

  7. Step 7

    Second fix & finishing

    Fitting appliances, furniture, and brassware. Sealants, mirrors, accessories. Thorough clean and sign-off.

  8. Step 8

    Aftercare & warranty

    We walk you through care tips. You get a workmanship warranty and we’re here if you need us.

Typical installation schedule

Stage 1
Strip-out, waste removal, structural work, first-fix plumbing & electrics
Stage 2
Plasterboard & dry-lining, subfloor levelling, wall preparation
Stage 3
Tiling complete, grouting, flooring, cabinetry fitting & trims
Stage 4
Second-fix appliances & brassware, silicone, final clean & handover

Payment schedule

30% Deposit
To secure your start date and order key materials.
40% Mid-project
Invoiced during the build, usually once plasterboarding and first-fix are complete.
30% On completion
Due only after final sign-off and project walkthrough.
